At Beyond Video we love when our clients become part of our family and we become a part of theirs too. From anniversary parties to training videos and now a celebration of life tree planting ceremony we’ve captured it all for them.
In conjunction with TIHAN’s 25th year of serving the community and Treasures for TIHAN benefit, TIHAN recognized 25 amazing people who make a difference in the community. They are proud to include Annyce and Glen Meiners for their contributions over the years. As husband and wife owners of Beyond Video, a media production company, they are strong allies of the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities. They got connected to TIHAN through their work with the Tucson GLBT Chamber of Commerce, a group that has provided them with multiple opportunities to engage and support the community, including Tucson Pride and the Rainbow Build of Habitat for Humanity. And their support of TIHAN has been stellar, donating their professional services for multiple video productions focused on Poz Café, Treasures for TIHAN, Turnabout for TIHAN, and TIHAN’s First Responders project, documenting the early days of HIV in Southern Arizona and the people who stepped up to respond in the face of the crisis. Thank you, Annyce and Glen, for creating captivating videos that tell important stories that need to be told. TIHAN honored Beyond Video at their June 15th Sparkle & Silver: Treasures for TIHAN Benefit! — Tucson Interfaith HIV/ AIDS Network (TIHAN)

It’s official! The cat’s out of the bag! Radisson Suites Hotel on East Speedway is changing over to be Embassy Suites. Don’t worry the same HSL Prism management staff will still be running the show. Not only do you get an improved, updated EmbassySuitesbyHiltonTucsonEast , but you get the same staff that made the Radisson such a great place to stay. At Beyond Video, we had the opportunity to work with that staff to make a short video announcing the changeover.
As you can see from the video, everyone is excited about the big news. This cast was a joy to work with. Everyone knew their lines, hit their spots, projected sincerity and showed lots of enthusiasm. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Here are some photos from the shoot.
Starting this fall, you will be able to stay at this newest Embassy Suites with a great location, fantastic amenities and a caring, friendly staff.
There are all kinds of celebrations of life events during a person’s life. Starting with the birth and celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. There are celebrations for graduations, retirements, weddings and memorial services.
This past week we filmed a one year’s old party. We filmed the cake cutting and hitting the pinata. The highlight was getting comments, well wishes and words of wisdom from family and friends.
What a keepsake for when the baby becomes an adult and is able to watch and see how much he is loved and cared for!
Poz Cafe, TIHAN’s (Tucson Interfaith AIDS Network) monthly lunch for people living with HIV, is an opportunity for you to get out of the house, take a break, meet other positive people, and enjoy great food! On the third Thursday of each month from 11:30am to 1:30pm, volunteers from local faith communities provide a fantastic, delicious and nutritious lunch. This is followed by time to “hang out,” chat, participate in a game or two of bingo, enjoy our raffle of fun and useful gifts, and receive a CarePackage.
People living with HIV and one guest (18 or older) are invited. All attending the cafe are asked to honor the highest standard of confidentiality.

Annual End of the Year Meeting Time for Beyond Video
Each year we go away for a few days so we can evaluate the present year. We discuss our accomplishments for the year. We look at the type of clients we had and how they came to us. Then we determine our strategies for marketing for the coming year. We make long term and short term goals for the following year. This has been a great tool for us because we talk about what types of projects we like to do so we can continue enjoying our work.
To be successful every business large or small should have a year end assessment meeting. I know for us it gets us energized for the coming year.
Cindy Beving met with us at Beyond Video and wanted a unique video that would promote her business. Since we knew she had 4 dogs and that they were a part of her team we suggested that they be the stars of her promotional video. We were off to a great start.
We arranged a rehearsal so Petey the main star and his siblings got to be around us with our cameras.
Check out the promotional/marketing video that was created in collaboration with Cindy of Beving Books.
Here’s what Cindy had to say about her experience.
“I am beyond pleased with how my video came out. I knew I wanted something other than the norm for my industry and they came through with flying colors. I highly recommend their services.”
What our clients think about our service is very important to us. That’s why we encourage our clients to let us know how we did by asking them to write a review on Goggle, Facebook and any other place they want to share their experience with us.
Reviews help our clients and prospective clients hear what experiences our clients have had with us. I know I would want to do business with a company that works well with their clients.
We love collaborating with clients when working on marketing videos. Working with clients like Angie make our job as filmmakers a breeze. Her contagious smile and positive attitude made the shoot perfect.
Review of our services:
“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Beyond Video to create a marketing video. Annyce and Glenn made the whole thing a breeze, from the moment I walked in the door to the time I reluctantly left their studio.
What impressed me most:
– Their professionalism and attention to the smallest details.
– Their unending wells of patience with an amateur (me!).
– The quality of the videos they produce. I got to see a little bit of the editing process and was shocked at how perfectly they created the lighting, got the right angles and captured more than just the words I was saying.
This was a much better experience than I expected and I will definitely work with Beyond Video again!”
“I am very pleased with the outcome of the video that you did for my associate Angie. You guys are unbelievable. It was quick, precise and very professional. I will highly recommend you to anyone. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome.”
